MANDARIN STIR FRY 
Slice chicken, beef, shrimp (1 or all)
2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 1/4 c. water with 1 tsp. bouillon
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. Karo
1-1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok. Two cloves garlic. Add meat, cut in thin strips. Fry for 5 minutes, remove or push aside. Heat oil - 2 tablespoons (optional).

2 c. broccoli
1 c. onions
1-2 carrots, julienne
Pea pods

Stir fry 2 minutes. One-half pound sliced mushrooms. Add meat, soy sauce mixture. Stir until thickens. Serve over rice.
