MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
3 lbs. Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces, eliminating center stems
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Toast almonds by baking at 300 degrees for 10 minutes in toaster oven.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. minced onion

Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to putting together!
