EASY SPOON ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast (dissolve in 2 cups lukewarm water)
4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. melted shortening
1 egg, well beaten

Mix yeast with other ingredients. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
