ONE PAN CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 lb. rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. water
2 cans soup (cream celery, mushroom or chicken)
1 env. onion soup mix
Chicken pieces

Line pan with foil (deep dish or large roasting pan). Mix rice, soup and water in pan first then layer the top with chicken pieces. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Cover with foil and fold to bottom foil tight so steam stays inside. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Open up foil and enjoy.
