ORANGE SHERBET GELATIN SALAD 
2 pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 pt. whipping cream
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sherbet until dissolved. Refrigerate until jelly-like. Whip cream. Fold cream and oranges into gelatin. Return to refrigerate and let set.
