BAKED SPARERIBS ALOHA 
Spareribs to feed 6-8 people OR
Lean pork chops for 6-8
1 c. chopped onion (or thinly slice)
1/2 c. bell pepper, diced (or thinly slice)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1 lg. can pineapple chunks (and juice)

If you are using ribs, cut them in 3's. Salt and pepper and place in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Drain off fat! OR, for pork chops; salt and pepper and brown in small amount of oil in large electric skillet. Add a little water and cook about 1/2 hour.
