YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 can creamed chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 2 c. cooked yellow (or butternut) squash in 1/2" slices 1 c. carrots, grated 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1 stick butter, melted 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 11 inch baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Add squash, carrots and onions. Combine butter and dressing. Place 1/2 the dressing in baking dish. Cover with squash mixture. Top with the remaining dressing. Bake for 45-50 minutes. |
