SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2# butternut squash
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 med. onion, grated
1 can sliced and drained water chestnuts
1 stick butter
1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Cook squash. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 10 servings.
