6 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Combine in screw top jar. Shake well. Chill in refrigerator. Before serving, beat and shake thoroughly.
