GRANDMA'S ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING 
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 lg. or 2 sm. cloves garlic, crushed
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 lg. pinch sweet basil
1 sm. pinch oregano
Approx. 2/3 c. light olive oil (or less)

Place above ingredients (in order) into cruet and shake. (Best if made 1 day ahead of time and chilled in refrigerator.)
