ALMOND ROCA CANDY 
1 c. butter (must be butter)
1 c. sugar
1 c. (plus some extra) almonds, coarsely chopped
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (or milk chocolate)

Boil butter and sugar 4 minutes. Stir constantly. Add 1 cup almonds and boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into 9 inch square pan. Cool slightly, sprinkle with chocolate chips over top. When melted, spread and top with chopped nuts.
