PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or 1 lb. beef + 1/2 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water
Garlic powder
Oregano
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni (opt.)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

CRUST:

2 eggs
1 c. milk
Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour

Brown ground meat in skillet with onion and pepper. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and spaghetti sauce. Mix and simmer 18 minutes. Pour into 9"x13" pan, top with Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

CRUST: Beat eggs, milk and oil for 2 minutes. Add flour and beat for 1 minute more. Sprinkle crust mixture on top of casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool about 10 minutes before slicing.
