PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash salt
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
6-8 oz. Mozzarella (I use shredded)
1/2 tsp. oregano

TOPPING BATTER:

1 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown meat; drain. Stir in oregano, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, water, hot sauce, tomato sauce, and sauce mix. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In small bowl, combine milk, oil and eggs. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add flour and salt. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed or until smooth. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 13"x9" pan. Top with cheese. Pour batter over cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed and deep golden brown. 10 servings.
