ZUCCHINI JELLY 
6 c. zucchini, diced real small
4 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple, crushed
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
2 pkgs. lg. jello (any flavor)

Cook zucchini 10 minutes and drain. Mix lemon juice, sugar and pineapple. Boil 10 minutes and stir. Add jello; bring back to boil, put in sterilized jelly jars or glasses and seal.
