CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo
2 sticks butter
Pinch cream of tartar
12 oz. nuts
6 qts. popcorn

Melt first 4 ingredients. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon. Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
