CARAMEL CORN 
8 qts. popped popcorn
Nuts
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Place popped popcorn and nuts together on 2 large cookie sheets. Mix together butter, brown sugar, and Karo in pan. Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes. Stir in baking soda and keep stirring until well mixed and dissolved. This will get foamy. Pour foamy mixture over popcorn/nut mixture and mix well. Bake 1 hour at 200 degrees. Stir and turn occasionally to dry mixture.
