OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 qts. popped popcorn
1 c. dry roasted nuts

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soda, pour immediately over popcorn and nuts in large roasting pan. Bake in slow oven (250 degrees) for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool. Store in tightly covered containers. Also freezes well.
