OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter flavoring
8 qts. popped popcorn
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine sugar, butter, syrup, salt and flavoring; bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add soda. Pour mixture over popcorn; mix well. Scatter in large shallow pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
