CORN BREAD CAKE 
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. nuts

Mix oil and eggs with beater. Add sugar and mix well. Add flour, nuts, vanilla, mix well. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Test with toothpick - comes out sticky.

Awesome recipe! only thing I do different is add 2 cups of chopped pecans. would hand mix versus using a mixer. MAKE SURE YOU SPRAY THE PAN!!!
