CABBAGE CREOLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 lg. onion
1 bell pepper

Brown hamburger and drain. Cook cabbage and drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve with corn bread. Freezes well.
