LEMON LUST 
3 steps.

I:
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix together until flaky, then put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees; put aside to cool.

II:
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together; spread over cooled I step.

III:

2 sm. pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Beat until thick; spread on top of other mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts.
