BEEF-N-CHEESE CRESCENT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 c. green beans
1/4 tsp. cumin seed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 can crescent rolls
1 egg
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Put 1 can crescent rolls in large pie pan. Brown beef and add onion and green pepper. Stir in tomato sauce, green beans and seasonings. Mix slightly beaten egg and 1 cup of cheese together and pour over crescent rolls. Pour in beef mixture and cover with the other 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is done - about 30 to 40 minutes. Cut wedges like a pie and serve.
