1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 box cake mix (white, yellow or chocolate)

TOP LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar

Mix well first three ingredients. Press with hands into a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Cover pan well, then mix last 3 ingredients well and spread over top of first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
