1 Pillsbury Plus Yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 egg

Combine first 4 ingredients together to form a crust. Mixture will be stiff. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass pan which has been sprayed with Pam.

TOPPING:

2 eggs, beaten well
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar

Mix together ingredients for topping. Put on top of crust. Cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Delicious and very easy.
