CHEWY CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 egg

Mix ingredients together. Press into a 13"x9" pan.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 egg
1 pkg. cream cheese

Mix together, pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
