MARINATED PORK STRIPS | |
2 pork tenderloins 1/2 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 c. sesame seeds 2 tbsp. oil Trim the fat from the tenderloins. If thick, split lengthwise. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl. Marinate the pork in the mixture 3 hours in the refrigerator, turning and basting frequently. Drain and reserve the marinade. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Transfer pork to an oiled roasting pan and roast until tender, 45 minutes to an hour. Simmer the marinade 10 minutes. Cut the pork into thin slices and serve on cocktail picks with the marinade as an hors d'oeuvres. 32 servings. |
