BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. top round or sirloin, cut in strips
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. hot water or mushroom juice
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or canned, sliced
1/2 c. sour cream or more

Melt butter and brown steak and onions in it. Stir in seasonings.
