BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. top round steak
1 lg. can mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. sliced onions
1 1/2 cans tomato paste
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat and mushrooms in fat. Then add rest of ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Serve on rice. 3 c. water 2 tsp. vinegar 2 tsp. butter

Combine.
