PARMESAN CHICKEN II 
COATING:

1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
Salt as desired

Crush onions in gallon ziplock bag with rolling pin. Add remaining ingredients to bag and shake to mix.

This makes enough coating for 2 to 3 pounds of chicken. Kids like it best on de-boned pieces, such as nuggets, planks, etc. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes for small pieces or 45 minutes for larger pieces, such as breasts and legs.
