PARSLEY RICE RING 
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped parsley
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Toss rice and parsley together. Add eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion and butter; blend. Add cheese and mix lightly. Pour into very well greased ring mold. Place in pan with about 1" of hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes. Unmold on serving plate. Serve with chicken. 6 servings.
