BANANA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
6 very ripe bananas

Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs and bananas until smooth. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Divide into 2 buttered loaf pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
