CHEESE PUFFS 
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese spread
1/2 cube butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
electric mixer (if you are cleared to use it)
cookie sheet

Mix butter and cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth. (An electric mixer makes this easier.) Roll mixture into little balls. Place on cookie sheet and put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Take from refrigerator when ready to eat. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. These are good snacks.
