BAKED LIMAS WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. dried baby lima beans
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. commercial sour cream

Soak beans overnight. The following day drain off water, cover with fresh water, add 1 teaspoon salt and cook until tender. Drain again, rinse and put in a medium-sized casserole. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard and remaining salt and after dabbing the 3/4 cup of butter over the beans, add the brown sugar mixture. Stir in molasses and then pour over the sour cream and mix gently. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 8. This is exceptionally delicious!
