MOIST BROWNIE CAKE 
Cream together until fluffy:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar

Add:

4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate syrup

Add:

1 c. flour

Beat until thoroughly blended. Spread in greased pan (9 x 13). Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

Melt together:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk

Add:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread over moist brownie cake.
