MOIST AND EASY BROWNIES
1 1/2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. + 2 tsp. cocoa 1 tsp. salt 1 c. Mazola oil 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts Place all ingredients in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost if desired.

Tried this today, it's moist and easy indeed! I reduced the sugar to 1 1/2 cups though, still good. This will go to my favourite list! :)
