AMBROSIA MOIST 'N' CHEWY
BROWNIES
 
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
3 lg. eggs
5 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. Ambrosia cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Blend in syrup. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until tester comes out with moist crumbs. Cool. Frost or sift confectioners' sugar over brownies if desired.
