MISSISSIPPI MUD DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1/2 carton Cool Whip
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 carton Cool Whip
1 shaved chocolate bar

Combine flour and pecans and butter and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

Combine sugar, cream cheese and half carton of Cool Whip and pour over cooled crust. Combine both puddings and milk and pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread with Cool Whip and top with shaved chocolate bar.
