BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked as directed
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, drained & diced
1 sm. can Durkee onion rings

Saute celery in butter until tender. In casserole dish, combine rice, broccoli, celery, soup, cheese and water chestnuts. Stir to mix. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with onion rings and bake until browned, usually 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
