BRISBANE APPLE CRISP 
8 c. apples, pared
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Place apples in greased 9 x 13 pan. Blend remaining ingredients and spread over apples. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until apples are tender.
