MINTED PEARS 
8 med. canned pear halves (17 oz. can)
Reserved pear liquid
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 chocolate coated mint patties

Drain pears; reserve liquid. Place pears in baking dish (cut-side up). Mix pear liquid, lemon peel, lemon juice. Pour liquid over pears. Place mints in pear cavity. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Serve warm.
