BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped, frozen broccoli, or 1 head fresh broccoli, cooked & drained
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cheese, shredded (any type)
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 c. crackers, crumbled

Mix all ingredients together except cracker crumbs. Place in greased 1 quart casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
