CARAMEL CORN 
2 pans popcorn (8 c.)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook (low heat) bubbling 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Stir while foaming. Bake 45 minutes at 200 degrees, every 15 minutes stirring.
