APPETIZER CHEESECAKE (CHILLED) 
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped pimento-stuffed olives
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash paprika
2-3 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
2/3 c. finely crushed rich round cheese crackers (about 16 crackers)
Assorted crackers or vegetables

In a bowl thoroughly combine sour cream, green pepper, celery, olives, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and hot pepper sauce. Line a 2 1/2 cup bowl with clear plastic wrap. Reserve some of the cheese crackers for garnish. Spread about 1/2 cup of sour cream mixture in bowl. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of cheese crackers. Repeat sour cream and cracker layers. Cover; chill overnight.

Unmold onto serving plate; remove wrap. Top with reserved crackers. Serve spread with crackers or vegetables. Makes about 2 cups.
