QUICK AND EASY ONE PAN CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small mild onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
4 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. coriander
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (important ingredient)
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce (or 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes)
1-2 (15 oz ea.) cans kidney beans (drained, and to your taste)

In one large skillet cook hamburger, onion and bell pepper until onions completely cooked. Add all spices and fresh garlic. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

Note: I prefer to use a mini chopper for the bell pepper, onions and garlic, but if you prefer larger pieces you can chop by hand.

Variations: If you prefer more sauce add a second can of tomato sauce. Diced hot peppers are good too.
