CHICKEN CURRY WITH RICE 
Chop 2-3 onions and 2-3 cloves garlic. Brown in 1 tablespoon Crisco oil on low. Add 1 small can tomato paste and 1-2 tablespoons curry powder. Add a couple of dashes of red pepper. Mix on low heat for 1 minute. Add 3-4 cups water. Add a whole chicken, cut up. Bring to a boil, cover. Turn heat on low and simmer for an hour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
