PORT ROYAL SHRIMP & WILD RICE
CASSEROLE
 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
3 lb. shrimp, frozen may be used
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tbsp. juice
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice

Saute pepper and onions in butter. Add shrimp and saute until pink. Combine rest of ingredients. Cook rice as directions on box. Mix with shrimp and other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
