BREAKFAST SALAD 
1 unpeeled chopped apple
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. dates
1 sliced banana
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
4 melon halves
Cottage cheese
Hot or cold whole grain cereal

Combine first 8 ingredients, toss to blend. Serve over cottage cheese in melon, or as a topping for hot or cold cereal.
