MAPLE FROSTED APPLE PAN TART 
15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts
1 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. corn flakes or Rice Krispies
6 c. peeled, thinly sliced apples
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg white, beaten

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. maple flavored syrup

Heat oven 350 degrees. Unfold one pie crust; peel off top plastic sheet. Sprinkle flour over crust. Turn crust, flour side down on ungreased pizza pan. Peel off remaining plastic sheet. sprinkle cereal over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with apples; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Brush edge of crust with egg white. Unfold second crust. Peel off plastic sheets. Fold edge of bottom crust over top crust. Pinch and flute edges. Cut several slits in top crust for steam to escape. Brush with beaten egg whites. Bake 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle glaze over warm crust.
