2 c. zucchini, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Bisquick

Grease pie dish or oblong dish. Beat eggs and oil; add dry ingredients. Add zucchini and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
