CAMPER'S STEW | |
4-5 med. potatoes, sliced about 1/8" thick 4-5 carrots, sliced thin 1 lb. lean hamburger 2 med. onions, sliced thin 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1/2 c. elbow macaroni 1/2 c. minute rice Arrange layers of meat, then carrots and potatoes in pan. Should be 2 layers of each, then onion, macaroni and tomatoes. Add sauce and enough water to cover vegetables and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until done. |
